Greeley Colorado Wedding Photographer >> Denise and Dallas’s wedding was one that felt like being “home” to me. Being able to shoot a wedding in Greeley, the city I loved and called home for 3 years, was so incredibly special. Being able to shoot downtown in all my favorite spots brought me so much joy. I can’t even begin to talk about how special this all felt!
Meeting up with brides in the morning while they’re wrapping up hair and makeup is always so fun for me! I love getting to see all the interactions between bride and bridesmaids amidst those last minute wedding-day-jitters. It’s always such a sweet time to be a part of! I had the chance to photograph Dallas hanging out with his groomsmen as well, and boy are they a fun group! Overall, everyone involved in this wedding was just so great to be around!
Denise’s parents surprised her with a horse-drawn carriage. She had no idea it was coming and it was such a great moment to be able to photograph! She rode down the street to the church in the carriage with her dad, then after the ceremony, her and Dallas rode it back to the reception.
Portraits were so smooth and the weather was beautiful. It had one of those “last day of summer” feels to it. Not too hot, but definitely not cold either. Honestly perfect!
Their reception at the Mason’s Event Center was intimate and lovely. Olive Garden catered in, and let me say, that might be one of the best wedding meals I’ve had in a long time. Who doesn’t love those breadsticks and salad?!?
They wrapped up their wedding day dancing with friends and family, and I’m so honored to have been a part of their day!
