Shadow Ridge Country Club

Ciara and Zach had a beautiful church wedding with a gorgeous reception at Shadow Ridge Country Club in Omaha. Ciara started off her day getting ready with her closest ladies, before heading off to the church. She had an emotional first look with her dad, followed by a sweet time seeing Zach for the first time. We sailed through portraits before starting their ceremony.

I always love looking at the families and close friends of the couple during the ceremony. I love to watch their reactions and see their facial expressions. It’s always so sweet to see ceremonies with so much emotion!

The couple, along with their friends, hopped on a party bus to head to the reception. Once at Shadow Ridge Country Club, we did a few more portraits before heading inside to celebrate! No sooner had dinner started, when an absolute monsoon started outside. It came out of no where and surprised everyone, especially the golfers who had been out on the course at the time! The other vendors and I stood and watched as people scrambled to the club house for cover!

But the rain didn’t matter. All that mattered was celebrating Ciara and Zach’s love for each other. Being surrounded by family and friends is the greatest way to showcase that!
