When I got to Estes Park the morning of Sara and Brian’s wedding, it was raining like crazy. Their plans to have an outdoor wedding were ruined, but the snow that soon came made for an acceptable trade off. It snowed all through the morning while this couple and their families got ready, then it held off in order for us to take outdoor portraits. The Patty Barclay Lodge at the YMCA of the Rockies had a wonderful front porch where we were able to take the majority of our pictures. While their wedding day didn’t go exactly as planned, it turned out to be the most perfect of days.
