Council Bluffs Wedding Photographer >> Rachel and Connor’s wedding was so special to me! Event thought I’ve only spent a very limited time with these two, I feel like we’re close friends. I knew their wedding day would be nothing short of spectacular, and I was right!
We started off the day with Rachel getting ready at the Double Tree in downtown Omaha. From there, we met up with Connor and his guys at Heartland of America park for their first look and portraits. Connor said he was only going to let one single tear escape his eye, and I’m pretty sure he held true to that! It was such a sweet moment for the two of them!
We had so much taking all their portraits with just the two of them, their wedding party, and their families. This is seriously such a fun group of people!
After finishing up at the park, we headed over the river to Council Bluffs for their wedding at Broadway United Methodist Church. It just so happened that there was a car show going on right across the street, so of course we took advantage of that! I love how spontaneous Rachel and Connor can be!
Their ceremony was beautiful – everything you’d want a wedding to be! After their bubble exit, we headed back to Omaha for their reception at Anthony’s steakhouse. They danced the night away as the rain, which had held off for us all day, started to downpour. It was absolute perfect timing!
