Prairie Winds Event Center >> Where do I even start in talking about how incredibly sweet Lexi and Adam’s wedding day was? These two not only are so in love with each other, but their love for the Lord just pours out of them. It’s always so special when I get to experience a wedding day like this one!

Prairie Winds Event Center in Orange City was the perfect backdrop for their wedding! Lexi started off her morning getting ready with her bridesmaids. Shortly after I arrived, she was ready to get into her dress! They were both so excited and anxious for their first look! It’s always one of my favorite moments on a wedding day!

We spent some time taking pictures of the two of them before incorporating their bridal party, and finally their family. The day could not have gone any smoother, as every time I looked back at the timeline, we were right on schedule! Their ceremony went off without and hitch, and shortly after, they entered their reception. Lexi and Adam stunned the crowd with a swing dance as their first dance together, which they had been practicing for months! Swing dance is such a huge part of their story, so it was only fitting that there was A LOT of swing dancing at their wedding!

I’m so excited for Lexi and Adam as they start their new life as a married couple! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Hooyer!
