Farm Engagement Session >> I recently had the joy of photographing Janessa and Trev’s engagement session, and it was extra special because I’ve known Janessa for quite some time. She’s been a part of other weddings I’ve captured, and now it’s her turn!
We shot on her family’s farm, which was the perfect backdrop to tell their love story. From the rustic charm of the barn to the cows curiously watching us from the pen, every moment felt like a scene from a country romance. It was extra romantic being inside the cow chute where we know her dad was probably watching from the house, laughing at us! The cornfields added that classic Nebraska touch, and the sunset on the minimum maintenance road was simply breathtaking.
Capturing their connection against the backdrop of a place so close to their hearts was an honor. I can already tell their wedding next April is going to be something truly special. Can’t wait to be a part of their big day!
