With getting-ready moments at Lied Lodge, a heartfelt ceremony in the Terrace Garden at Arbor Lodge, and an intimate reception at Steinhart Lodge, their wedding day unfolded across some of the most iconic and scenic spots on the Arbor Day Farm grounds.
Getting Ready at Lied Lodge
The day began at Lied Lodge, where the warm wood tones, big windows, and peaceful atmosphere created such a calm, cozy backdrop for Ashlyn and her bridesmaids. The early fall colors outside were peeking through the windows, and the whole morning felt relaxed and full of anticipation. Hayden and the guys got ready nearby, and there was this sweet, excited energy knowing they were just hours away from their ceremony.
Lied Lodge always photographs beautifully—soft natural light, clean lines, and that iconic lodge warmth. Ashlyn slipped into her gown surrounded by her closest friends, and the emotion in the room made for some of the sweetest getting-ready moments.
Arbor Lodge Garden Terrace Wedding Ceremony
The Terrace Garden at Arbor Lodge is already stunning, but pair it with peak fall colors and you get something truly breathtaking. Ashlyn and Hayden chose the perfect place to say their vows. The historic Arbor Lodge mansion stood behind them, the garden terraces wrapped around their ceremony space, and golden leaves danced in the breeze.
Their ceremony was heartfelt, personal, and full of emotion. You could feel the love from every guest—and you could see the joy all over Ashlyn and Hayden’s faces as they became husband and wife.
Afterward, we took full advantage of Arbor Lodge’s gorgeous grounds. Between the tree-lined paths, rolling lawns, and historic architecture, we had endless options for photos. The soft fall light made everything glow.
Reception at Steinhart Lodge
As evening settled in, everyone moved to Steinhart Lodge for the reception. If you’ve never been there, it’s the coziest lodge tucked into the trees—warm wood beams, stone fireplace, and a relaxed, intimate feel that makes it perfect for a fall celebration.
Ashlyn and Hayden filled the space with soft fall details that complemented the natural lodge aesthetic. Their guests enjoyed dinner, heartfelt toasts, and so much laughter. Once the dance floor opened, the celebration took off and didn’t slow down.
Outside, the crisp fall air and towering trees made the whole night feel like a perfect autumn getaway.
