Temple for Performing Arts Wedding >> Liz and Seth had the perfect Des Moines wedding. The Temple for Performing Arts in the heart of downtown was the centerpiece for a gorgeous day! Liz and Seth each had their own laid back mornings as they got ready, surrounded by only their closest people. It was so fun to see a couple so relaxed as they got ready for their big day! Liz, her sister, her mom, and Seth’s mom, and his sister all had their hair and makeup done while Seth and the dads hung out in the groom’s loft.
It seemed like even though the morning was laid back, it went quickly! Before we knew it, Liz was slipping into her dress and getting ready for the first looks! First up, was her dad. I always love dad first looks! So special! But when Seth saw her? Man was that a sweet moment! Those first look moments are always filled with so much emotion, and this one was no different!
After the first look, Liz gave Seth a gift, and everyone was so excited! He’d been eyeing a particular bottle of tequila at Costco for a long time, but with it being a little pricey, had no reason to buy it. Liz got it for him and it was so fun to watch them both as he opened it!
We moved quickly into portraits of the two of them followed by family photos, and soon, the ceremony. Their day just flowed so smoothly and effortlessly, and was just all around gorgeous!
I’m so excited for Liz and Seth! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Fridley!
