Nebraska Sandhills Wedding >> I couldn’t be more grateful to have been a part of Sarah and Cohen’s wedding. These two were supposed to get married back in August, but just 5 days before their wedding, Sarah’s dad tested positive for COVID. While they still got married, just the two of them, on their original wedding date, they had their big party and “wedding” in January! While it may not have been what they originally planned, I really LOVED their wedding day!
We started off at the Victorian House in Loup City. Sarah was in the final stages of getting ready, and this house had the PERFECT spot for her to put on her dress! Windows all around, it was a dream!
Her first look with Cohen was so sweet! Showing off the pockets in her dress, they were so excited to see each other! We headed out into the country for some portraits of the two of them and I’m so happy we got a nice blue sky! Sometimes in January it’s hard to find color, and we managed to get lots of vibrant tones!
We met back up with the bridal party in town where we just about froze our butts off as the wind started to come up. It was such a relief when were finally done with outdoor portraits!
Their ceremony was so sweet and perfect for them. I always love church ceremonies and the sentiments behind everything. It’s so special to see a couple living out their faith!
Walking into their reception, you could hardly tell you were in a community center building. With all their decorations, it felt so intimate and cozy! I love that sort of thing!
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Lewandowski on their wedding….finally! I’m so happy I got to still be a part of it!
